Not working and no response regarding issues
The service would solve a lot of my problems. Unfortunately, the team is not delivering.
The promised functionalities are not working. Basis functions, like the central inbox for invoices, are not working. Invoices are not processed.

Invoice from Gmail and Amazon missing
The service is not reliable, invoices from Amazon Business and from email aren't sync'ed...so there's a high probability you will miss some invoices. Support is almost inexistent. They will ignore you.

Amazon Sync not possible
Invoice Sync from Amazon is not possible. Using their Chrome Extension, no invoices are fetched.

Great idea, but still far from done
I really like the idea and the product itself. The main issue for me is that it doesn't offer any kind of integrations like Zapier, Pabbly and Make (or at least webhooks). I think this is something that needs to be a part of the core features since I'm sure many people would like to send those invoices further to their Invoicing tools, internal repositories, forward to their accountants based on certain criteria etc.
I'll keep it for a while to see whether this will change. If yes, than great. If no, then too bad since I think it will be too closed as a system and will never reach its full potential.

Solves my biggest problem
I really love this tool; it solves my problem of getting overwhelmed with too many invoices.
The customer service is really helpful; I've always received responses on the same day, and my issues were always resolved or I received advise on how to resolve them.
Also amazed that in the short time since I purchased the deal, there were many new functionalities added.
I can really recommend the tool and look forward to see it growing!
