You can sell GetLead under Your branding. Nobody has to know that we had produced it. There is no GetLead logo anywhere. Apply here: https://getlead.page/getlead-business/

āž¤ Company default language

Changing the language has never been that easy. You can split the communication system. It is possible to have a panel in Spanish, but if Your clients are based in England, set up English for the email language.

āž¤ Brand removal

Turn off GetLead branding. If You don’t want to show our logo on the widget - it’s ok. Turn it off in settings.

āž¤ White labelling - Your own logo in emails, social links, company name or own SMTP. This feature is accessible for agencies, clients of agencies and GetLead clients with #GET3+ plan

āž¤ New video connection features

Fullscreen, better design and faster chat. Also, the chat can be closed by the client while talking with Your consultant.

āž¤ ā€œLeaveā€ button for client and consultant

For example, if Your client has already considered buying the product and he doesn’t want to buy, he can simply leave the meeting. During the call he can also turn off his camera and mute the microphone.

Q: Hi i did email your support and I have had no response?

I also find it a bit odd that the product you are selling - you dont actually have in use on your website?

I have a few issues that I am hoping you can help with...

1) i have de-selected the video option and saved it but it keeps reverting to turned on (I only want chat and voice call at the moment) its very frustrating!

2) I'd like to set times in which it will auto change between available and offline so that I dont have to manually change it everytime - is this something I can do?

3) where do I change the 'offline' message as i can not find that option?

4) is there/will there be a android app for this so that I can have it on the go? My business requires me away from the desk so would like to be able to respond on the move and also get notified of people on my site/messages whilst set to offline because if I am free I could jump online

1) Please check again, it should be ok :)

2) no, we do not currently have this option. If you would like this option - how about if you set the widget on from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, your employee will leave faster and the widget will still be marked as online? We solved it like this - you are in the panel - you are online, but you have the option to switch to offline, e.g. to visit the toilet

3) there is a switch on the top left - you change it by pressing online / offline.

4) we are still working on it.

1) tak, możesz użyć do konsultacji. Umieść widget np. na konkretnej podstronie, której nie indeksujesz, albo zabezpiecz hasłem, które udostępnisz tylko osobie konsultowanej.

2) Usunięcie brandingu - usuwasz nasze logo z czatu.
White labeling - możesz dodać własne SMTP (czyli dane mailowe), własne linki do social mediów, własne logo czy link do swojej strony www - dzięki temu, maile jakie otrzymają leady offline, będą oznaczone Twoimi danymi, a nie GetLeada.

Q: Hi Team, We use Tawk.

to today. So my questions are:

1. we have three Tawk.to widgets active one, in the frontend and two in different backends. Everything is managed via an admin interface, of course. Does that work for you too?

We use about 20 triggers for the frontend widget alone, which automatically display different notifications for the user on different frontend pages. Is that also possible with your tool?

We have already integrated a messaging system in the backend for two user groups. Is it possible to integrate only the audio and video intercom function between the chatting users from you, because we already have the messaging system itself, I would just like to add the video and audio part there. We are talking about the most diverse message groups and users who are in a group.

in the last Tier 5, you can create a maximum of 60 employee accounts (including one account of the owner of the entire account). You will not create more than 60 accounts for employees - that is the specification of this plan.

By the way, I will mention that the plans on AppSumo concern setting up accounts for employees of one company - you cannot resell or set up accounts to your clients - because as the account owner, you will have access to calls and recordings of all operators.

āž¤ "Powered by GetLEad.Page" can be turned off from Tier1.
Personalization of the widget content is available from Tier1.
Widget colors - also from Tier1.
Own SMTP, adding SocialMedia links and your above-mentioned website address to emails, personalizing the content of emails - from Tier3

2. Can the necessary videos be downloaded, so we will not lose them after 7/14 days?
āž¤ Yes, of course. You can download each recording.

3. Can I set which chat functions (for example: chat + video, or voice + video, or only chat) will be available for the customer?
āž¤ Chat is always there. Currently you can set configurations:
- chat
- chat / video
- chat / voice
- chat / video / voice

We are working on keeping the options video only / voice only / voice + video also.

4. Does your tool recognize returning customers (cookies!), So consultants will see previous interactions?
āž¤ Currently, the tool recognizes which time a given person calls us (user information is shown in the customer details). We will also add an option to merge the user's conversation history.

5. Can we differentiate the greetings between first and returning customers?
āž¤ No. Currently, each user receives the same greeting.

5. If I have 2 different shops, will I be able to customize the widget differently per shop / url * (for example with different colors and branding)?
āž¤ Yes, you will. Remember to assign other departments (other pages) to a specific widget.
* If indeed the stores are your property. The option you buy on AppSumo does not allow you to resell your accounts to your customers. As the account owner, only you have access to the recordings, and each person from a given department has access to the history of conversations of other consultants belonging to the given department.

6. I have a difficulty in understanding:

Do you maybe have that feature shown in a video? I would like to see what that means exactly.
āž¤ No. We have created a tutorial in the panel, where there is a full description of what to do and where. You can test and return if our tool does not meet your expectations :)

As I have already described in point 1 - these functions are from Tier3 (purchased on AppSumo), Get3 (purchased directly from us on the website) or for the Agency (an offer purchased from us on the website).

1) I run 4 different businesses and would like to get Tier 5 (max plan). Do I need to get 4 of these packages in order to have white label features for each of my businesses.
āž¤ If you would like each widget to have different employees and other departments - one is enough.
But if you would also like to personalize the content of your e-mails, logos in e-mails and other social media links - yes, you need 4 separate plans, i.e. separate accounts.

2) Do you have plans to go beyond the 60 agents?
āž¤ You can write to us at support@getlead.page and state what specific amounts you are interested in.

3) Is Agency option included in the Tier 5 plans?
āž¤ No. This is a separate service available at the moment only from our website. When we started our offer in AppSumo, it was only for sale to Sumolingom the GetLead widget. The offer for the Agency was created during the period of the offer on AppSumo and is not connected with the current offer of AppSumo.

āž¤ We don't have limited recordings, they are automatically removed after 2 weeks.

Q: Hi, this seemed promising and i'm potentially interested in the agency option if this comes on AS.

But it got confusing and wasted a fair bit oi my time as I thought i'd try the free version before buying on AS. i got a message that needed Safari on I phone 11 pro to make a call, turns out even with the call button visible and active it does not connect because calls are not included in the free version, but it says you get 'call history' in the list of features ? maybe that should say 'chat history' or hide the phone icon/button if it is the free version.

The users will not understand or care if we are using free version they'll just give up when they can't call.
Or do a trial 14 days on your website of the full version so potential clients can see it working properly? I do realise that i can get a 60 day trial with AS though it's one of the first times i have decided to try a product his way, typical :)

Agency option - unfortunately in our contract with AS it was not included, and when creating GL we did not even think about it that the product would be adapted for resale :)
We cannot attach the agency offer to AS offer - it works on a different basis, and the costs of purchasing such a solution would be much higher for AS.

GetFree / free trial for 7/14 days with video - we will think about your suggestion :)

Q: Sorry if this question has been asked and answered.

I have read through all of the Q&A and I could not see it. I understand that with Tier 3 and above, we get to implement our own SMTP for email branding and content. However, since I have multiple websites / lines of business and your Tier 3 and above offers the use of your widget on unlimited sites, then what about the SMTP and multiple email accounts? Meaning, can we configure multiple and different outgoing email accounts for each of our widgets on different websites? Thank you.

SMTP settings apply to all widgets, and notifications are sent from only one domain. Therefore, it is not possible to set each widget to send notifications from a different domain (different SMTP settings).

1) I just had a question about the agency plans, if I buy Tier 4 I can provide access to 35 different consultants, and each of them will be able to add, remove or manage their own sites or need a main admin intervention?
āž¤ The current AppSumo offer does not allow other customers to resell access to the GetLead panel. Otherwise - the AppSumo offer applies to the purchase of GetLead only for the use of your own company.
You cannot resell accesses on plans purchased from AppSumo.
As the name suggests - you create accounts for "consultants". However, you can grant administrator rights to employees - then each administrator will have access to every panel user, every call history, has access to recordings and can manage widgets (all available in the panel).

Agency access, i.e. reselling to GetLead customers, personalization of the entire panel for your branding and e-mails - is possible only through our website. Why? The agency offer was created during our offer with the sale of GetLead on AppSumo and operates under different conditions than those included in the current offer of AppSumo.

2) Will each consultant have their separate access with a unique email and password?
āž¤ Yes, each consultant has access. However, he will see the history of conversations of all people from the department who are assigned to this department. If each consultant has one department - then he will only see his chat conversations.
āž¤ Only the owner of the entire account has access to the recordings.
āž¤ Additionally, each consultant has an avatar and a name displayed to users.

Q: Karolina; On June 2nd you stated that in "2 more days" the agency platform/dashboard (can't remember what ...

term you used), and the offer, would be ready to be released. Now, plenty of Sumolings eagerly await the release of that offer, but, not only is there no offer, but most egreously, there is no explanation about the delay (ie; the unfulfilled agreement) nor any attempt to communicate about why there is no such offer, now almost 3 weeks later. Is that really the best that you can do for explicitly potential buyers of your product ?!
