We solved it like this - you are in the panel - you are online, but you have the option to switch to offline, e.g. to visit the toilet

in the last Tier 5, you can create a maximum of 60 employee accounts (including one account of the owner of the entire account). You will not create more than 60 accounts for employees - that is the specification of this plan.
By the way, I will mention that the plans on AppSumo concern setting up accounts for employees of one company - you cannot resell or set up accounts to your clients - because as the account owner, you will have access to calls and recordings of all operators.
I don't want to resell. I have 4 companies to implement on. This deal looks like a deal breaker. 60 agents on one companies? The tricky part is you've mentioned "unlimited websites". That's the part that most may mistakenly thinking you can run this app for multiple companies, but it is not.
At the moment, you can only assign one SMTP account to your GL account. Each department will only receive these messages, coming from the appropriate widgets placed on specific pages. If you do not add your own SMTP, messages will come from notify@getlead.page, but the reply will always come to a department specific email. You can place widgets on an unlimited number of pages and you can create many of them. This is the offer on AppSumo and it is real.

Q: Hi, this seemed promising and i'm potentially interested in the agency option if this comes on AS.
But it got confusing and wasted a fair bit oi my time as I thought i'd try the free version before buying on AS. i got a message that needed Safari on I phone 11 pro to make a call, turns out even with the call button visible and active it does not connect because calls are not included in the free version, but it says you get 'call history' in the list of features ? maybe that should say 'chat history' or hide the phone icon/button if it is the free version.
The users will not understand or care if we are using free version they'll just give up when they can't call. Or do a trial 14 days on your website of the full version so potential clients can see it working properly? I do realise that i can get a 60 day trial with AS though it's one of the first times i have decided to try a product his way, typical :)
Agency option - unfortunately in our contract with AS it was not included, and when creating GL we did not even think about it that the product would be adapted for resale :) We cannot attach the agency offer to AS offer - it works on a different basis, and the costs of purchasing such a solution would be much higher for AS.

I have read through all of the Q&A and I could not see it. I understand that with Tier 3 and above, we get to implement our own SMTP for email branding and content. However, since I have multiple websites / lines of business and your Tier 3 and above offers the use of your widget on unlimited sites, then what about the SMTP and multiple email accounts? Meaning, can we configure multiple and different outgoing email accounts for each of our widgets on different websites? Thank you.
SMTP settings apply to all widgets, and notifications are sent from only one domain. Therefore, it is not possible to set each widget to send notifications from a different domain (different SMTP settings).
1) I just had a question about the agency plans, if I buy Tier 4 I can provide access to 35 different consultants, and each of them will be able to add, remove or manage their own sites or need a main admin intervention? ⤠The current AppSumo offer does not allow other customers to resell access to the GetLead panel. Otherwise - the AppSumo offer applies to the purchase of GetLead only for the use of your own company. You cannot resell accesses on plans purchased from AppSumo. As the name suggests - you create accounts for "consultants". However, you can grant administrator rights to employees - then each administrator will have access to every panel user, every call history, has access to recordings and can manage widgets (all available in the panel).
Agency access, i.e. reselling to GetLead customers, personalization of the entire panel for your branding and e-mails - is possible only through our website. Why? Is that really the best that you can do for explicitly potential buyers of your product ?!
One more note that you mentioned - in the above offer there is nothing about reselling the GetLead solution under your own domain to other customers (which I mention more than once in replies to Sumolings and in the roadmap).
We simply did not have such an offer, nor a panel for the agency - which I also mention. Creating such a solution and connection required a lot of work and testing the solutions + in addition, we could not leave our current customers without updating the panel or new solutions in the widget. It is not possible to make so many changes and introduce so many new possibilities in a few days.

I understand your disappointment, but the AppSumo offer is for our widget, not for GetLead reselling to your customers. The panel for the Agency is a separate offer available on our website for now. With AppSumo you only pay for your package once. How would you like to pay for your customers' licenses?

in the last Tier 5, you can create a maximum of 60 employee accounts (including one account of the owner of the entire account). You will not create more than 60 accounts for employees - that is the specification of this plan.
By the way, I will mention that the plans on AppSumo concern setting up accounts for employees of one company - you cannot resell or set up accounts to your clients - because as the account owner, you will have access to calls and recordings of all operators.

I don't want to resell. I have 4 companies to implement on. This deal looks like a deal breaker. 60 agents on one companies? The tricky part is you've mentioned "unlimited websites". That's the part that most may mistakenly thinking you can run this app for multiple companies, but it is not.

At the moment, you can only assign one SMTP account to your GL account.
Each department will only receive these messages, coming from the appropriate widgets placed on specific pages.
If you do not add your own SMTP, messages will come from notify@getlead.page, but the reply will always come to a department specific email.
You can place widgets on an unlimited number of pages and you can create many of them. This is the offer on AppSumo and it is real.

Q: Hi, this seemed promising and i'm potentially interested in the agency option if this comes on AS.
But it got confusing and wasted a fair bit oi my time as I thought i'd try the free version before buying on AS. i got a message that needed Safari on I phone 11 pro to make a call, turns out even with the call button visible and active it does not connect because calls are not included in the free version, but it says you get 'call history' in the list of features ? maybe that should say 'chat history' or hide the phone icon/button if it is the free version.
The users will not understand or care if we are using free version they'll just give up when they can't call.
Or do a trial 14 days on your website of the full version so potential clients can see it working properly? I do realise that i can get a 60 day trial with AS though it's one of the first times i have decided to try a product his way, typical :)

Agency option - unfortunately in our contract with AS it was not included, and when creating GL we did not even think about it that the product would be adapted for resale :)
We cannot attach the agency offer to AS offer - it works on a different basis, and the costs of purchasing such a solution would be much higher for AS.

I have read through all of the Q&A and I could not see it. I understand that with Tier 3 and above, we get to implement our own SMTP for email branding and content. However, since I have multiple websites / lines of business and your Tier 3 and above offers the use of your widget on unlimited sites, then what about the SMTP and multiple email accounts? Meaning, can we configure multiple and different outgoing email accounts for each of our widgets on different websites? Thank you.

⤠The current AppSumo offer does not allow other customers to resell access to the GetLead panel. Otherwise - the AppSumo offer applies to the purchase of GetLead only for the use of your own company.
You cannot resell accesses on plans purchased from AppSumo.
As the name suggests - you create accounts for "consultants". However, you can grant administrator rights to employees - then each administrator will have access to every panel user, every call history, has access to recordings and can manage widgets (all available in the panel).
Agency access, i.e. reselling to GetLead customers, personalization of the entire panel for your branding and e-mails - is possible only through our website. Why? The agency offer was created during our offer with the sale of GetLead on AppSumo and operates under different conditions than those included in the current offer of AppSumo.
2) Will each consultant have their separate access with a unique email and password?
⤠Yes, each consultant has access. However, he will see the history of conversations of all people from the department who are assigned to this department. If each consultant has one department - then he will only see his chat conversations.
⤠Only the owner of the entire account has access to the recordings.
⤠Additionally, each consultant has an avatar and a name displayed to users.

One more note that you mentioned - in the above offer there is nothing about reselling the GetLead solution under your own domain to other customers (which I mention more than once in replies to Sumolings and in the roadmap).
We simply did not have such an offer, nor a panel for the agency - which I also mention. Creating such a solution and connection required a lot of work and testing the solutions + in addition, we could not leave our current customers without updating the panel or new solutions in the widget. It is not possible to make so many changes and introduce so many new possibilities in a few days.
Sorry to wait so long for the upgrades, but we finally made it. We are moving forward šŖ

- personalize your widget (add your own names for fields, buttons, etc.)
- personalize e-mails - insert your own content of e-mails sent to your employees and customers
- remove the GetLead logo from the communicator
- configure SMTP
I understand your disappointment, but the AppSumo offer is for our widget, not for GetLead reselling to your customers. The panel for the Agency is a separate offer available on our website for now. With AppSumo you only pay for your package once. How would you like to pay for your customers' licenses?
