Extremely Slow and Unresponsive - Otherwise decent product
As time goes on, the quality and performance of getscreen has been getting worse! Its not unusual to experience drops or delays of up to 15 seconds between your action and what you see.
For the records, the computers I work on are performant (All SSD, decent RAM and CPU) and have had no issues with other tools like splashtop or Screenconnect.

Initially loved it. However.... hit an issue where sessions (when left running for 4-5 minutes) were hijacked by someone/something running Windows Command Prompt windows. Notified support multiple times - with screenshots and videos - and everything from automatic antivirus program to the sandbox feature in the Microsoft Defender Antivirus was blamed. Thankfully didn't receive any of the files the hijackers tried to send me. Don't feel it's safe to continue use.
