Now, I can't get in and my link isn't working. It say there's no account. I would like to know what is going on and how I can get my page back. Thanks.
My domain request is not yet activated and the important Custom HTML embed block is not working. Initially when I bought both seems to work. Currently no response for the tickets. Will you be able to resolve it. Can you atleast provide ETA by when will both be resolved or we just got cheated and AppSumo or BioLink cant do anything?

It seems as though this company is ghosting us. We bought their product, now they deleted my account and probably others. We deserve better than this. This is the second time this year that software I've purchased suddenly stopped working without any communication from the companies. We deserve better.
