Q: bought another tier to my two ones and ended up with a downgrade of one

i send you several emails, no response so i tried here. I bought a third domain and it seems the system downgraded me and i lost cname fucntionality which is key.
I send you all the details with the appsumo purchases please restore to tier 3 so that we can use cname again. Love your product it is the best webinar vc software.

Richard, you did not upgrade my Tier 3 a requested when I bought a new tier I was automatically downgrade to tier one and my cname was deleted that create a lot of conflicts and not be ing reachable,
I sent you again several emails as this here is the wrong place but no response and no upgrade from tier one to tier 3
you find in your email alll my purchases please upgrade the account - thanks
Udo, thank you for the message. The only email that I received is from from 10/6 and I have replied the same day. My deal in AppSumo is license based and not code-based which means you cannot stack, you have to upgrade (not even sure if that was the case). We also never ever delete any data including CNAMEs. I sent 2 new emails to you from different emails, happy to help.
