Q: Does not work from browser?

I really wanted to get this, but when I tested from the website, and click the invite link - from phone, and open it in a browser - it does not work. It keeps loading forever (showing the egg logo). Are the web version not ready?

A: Hi har. Yes, it works really well on phones. My assumption is that you were you using a browser that doesn't support real time video conferencing. If you're using Android, try with google chrome or Firefox. For iOS, Safari is the best choice. Please reach out to me richard.lowenthal@gobrunch.com if you need any extra guidance.

Hi Richard, we did try using Chrome and Firefox on Android. It's probably old version, but we also have no control if the webinar participants did not update their browsers. Is there a solution to this? (Ex: If the web client can detect that the browser need updating, and user can update in 1-click, that should be enough)

Any versions of chrome or Firefox should work. We usually capture the agent to show a notification but sometimes it's tricky. Reach out to me by email for us to make a test together and make sure is not something else blocking at your end richard.lowenthal@gobrunch.com
