Aug 12, 2024A: Hey Miguel. While we don't have calendars as a native feature, GoBrunch rooms are permanent and it's actually very simple to combine with TidyCal or Calendly. What I do here is:
1. I have my virtual office which I stay online during the day
2. I added the link as the meeting link on my calendar
3. Once the person books a call and join the meeting, it's always the same link. I can wait inside my virtual office, and don't even have to find the link to start a session.

Would this be an issue when others could join the room while we are meeting with someone in that room because others have the same link and happened to “drop by”?
You can always lock your rooms.
I use in 3 different ways:
1. Office hours people can randomly join to chat with me or get support.
2. If I'm in a meeting already, I usually lock my room.
3. If I'm not inside my room and someone joins, they can book a meeting with me using a calendar that I have embedded.
