I used to really like this, and I used it often. Then there was a period of several months when my emails started going to spam, and I had 9 customers reach out to me letting me know. I also had some emails that had metadata injected into the subject line. No idea if that was something only I could see or the recipients saw it also. I disabled this app, and none of my emails land in spam anymore. I changed nothing else...

Bummer. I bought multiple licenses and this worked well and was reliable in the past. I can't afford to risk email deliverability, so this will collect dust.

I don't love it, but I also don't hate it. I love that it does ALMOST everything my yearly paid software does or has the potential to do, but there are some obvious and annoying bugs to it.

CONS:
First, the tracking is hit or miss. Even though I had the buttons toggled on to track from the day of install, it doesn't always track the emails. For MONTHS I had blank data, thinking it was doing what it was supposed to, only to find out it wasn't doing a thing. That was frustrating, but an even bigger frustration is that there is ZERO warning that it's not tracking.

Second, there is an option to add a signature. It's beyond basic, and if you want to add images, forget doing that because you can't upload anything. The software asks for a URL to everything. I don't host any of that anywhere, so I can't even add my logo, a button, or a banner. So again, advertised feature that basically no one can use.

Lastly, it does track the email itself for delivery, but accessing the open information is not very user-friendly. With my other software, all I have to do is hover over the green checks to see the open information. With this, you have to actually open your account and then dig in. Frustrating? Yes. Awful? Not really, but it definitely could be better.

PROS
When it does work, it tracks emails and open rates (though even that could be a con, given how many steps it takes to see the information).

I don't hate this, but I also don't think it's worth shouting out from the rooftops about either. It does do the job as advertised (but make sure you triple-check it because it won't tell you if it's not working).

I recommended this tool to my audience, but now I am second guessing that decision. What is the issue about Spam? I also have email support a few times, I see you open my emails, but you never reply. :-(

Similar to others, this made my domain's email spam and undeliverable. I lost a whole day unfragging what this software did.

In the same box as others, our emails were marked as spam, links marked with a huge red X as fraud. This really hit our sales and marketing efforts, we will never trust this software again to be used. This is totally unacceptable.

They didnt even send out any email, or apology or updates. Just replying to bad reviews here.

You didnt even read this or you might have commented on the fact you never notified or answered support tickets.. Just telling us we fixed it in day doesn't fix my lost sales or trust.
