Joining a meeting is easy for all participants. With one-click meetings, there is no need for anyone to download anything. With a mobile conferencing option and conference calling, people can even join by phone when they’re on the go.

Preview your webcam before you join a call and choose which camera and speaker you want to use. In addition to sharing your camera and microphone, you can also share your screen and use drawing tools during your presentation to emphasize certain points.

To encourage collaboration and discussion, use the in-session chat to allow participants to type their questions or ideas. Breakout rooms are also a great feature to use for brainstorming or department-specific announcements.
