AVOID like the plague
I'm writing this long after it's been sold out - to warn others, because AppSumo has amazing Google search reach. Purchased in 2023, as a frequent user, and Gozen reset me to a free user. After 12 months of back-and-forth with tech support, and sending screenshots of invoices, account settings, etc, a NEW rep (India - Not NJ) called. Bottom line 0 They are having issues with/ AppSumo (so they claim) and reduced members to the free plan - when asked what they offer that I can't get elsewhere... nothing. They sounded desperate to raise $$$. Best bet - AVOID!

Ridiculous...
Like many others, I have had my tier 5 GoZen Growth, GoZen HyperReach, GoZen Forms, and GoZen Content plans all downgraded from the LTD's I have purchased on AppSumo to merely free plans. This is completely unacceptable and has me rethinking purchasing any plans on AppSumo if I find I have just pissed away over a thousand dollars for what now equates to nothing. I understand payment issues with clients but this leaves a sour taste in my mouth for both companies.

Not Cool - Bait and Switch
I purchased Tier 2 back in Oct of 2023. Log in to use it for the first time in several years and am required to pay monthly now. I was downgraded to a free account.
I thought that may not be too bad and I'd try it out anyway to see if I could get any use out of the account (since I did already pay for it). Unfortunately, I cannot. There is a pop up screen that comes up with EVERY click in the platform telling you to upgrade to a paid account. So, it basically renders the platform unsuable even at the "free" (ahem: PAID) level.
Would give it zero tacos if I could.

I paid for tier 3 back in 2023
I paid for tier 3 back in 2023. Now I log on, and find that I have been reduced to a free account. It seems there is a dispute over payment, however, I did pay $50 US. It appears that Gozen has punished its customers when the problem should be taken with the party that hasn't paid. Will this get resolved? Or will those that are affected with the downgraded to free account get a refund? This seems extremely unprofessional, and sours my impression of not only Gozen, but also of the other party. Please fix this.
