To the founder; Does it include heat maps and built-in IP lookup or company identification (e.g., associating a visitor with a company name or firmographics)?

Regarding IP lookups, Grain currently prioritizes privacy (we're cookie-less by default) by deriving coarse geographic data (like country) and then anonymizing IPs, so we don't offer built-in B2B firmographics or company identification at this stage. Our main differentiator is using AI (Kai) and behavioral "Tracks" to tell you exactly why and where users drop off at scale, rather than just identifying who they are.
