Our feedback board has experienced some downtime recently. All of the core systems (web, dashboard, backend, clients) remained fully functional and the incident was isolated to feedback and roadmap pages.

A: Hi Matt,
Great questions. Quick answers:
1) Tier differentiation: Tiers 4-6 share features but differ in volume. Most features will be available for all plans, some more powerful ones might be included in Tier 2 and above. We have no intention of introducing any extra features that are only available to Tier 3+ or anything above.
2) A/B Testing: Included in all tiers when released.
I see the deal terms: All future Builder (Tiers 1-3) or Growth (Tiers 4-6) plan updates.
But on your website there are these plans listed: Starter, Growth, Scale - could you please clarify which tier maps with which named plan? I see the deal terms: All future Builder (Tiers 1-3) or Growth (Tiers 4-6) plan updates.

Great question. We have renamed some tiers so here's the mapping: - Starter = Builder (Tiers 1-3) - Growth = Growth (Tiers 4-6)
It's hard to run an estimation based on average sites, but I'd highly recommend Tier 2 for your case (you get heatmaps as well, and 150k should be sufficient for most). If you have traffic metrics from an existing analytics platform, I can help you determine...
I was really into Grain actually, but had a lot of stuff in my head to be done first, knowing I still had some extension time with appsumo plus, but now it says sold out.... did I miss the extend period for plus users???? Am I the only one?

Grain Team has not been notified of any explicit "exclusion" or "participation" on extended access periods offered to Plus users. We have shared your concern with friends at AppSumo. I'll update you as soon as we have more information on this.
I have the same issue. AppSumo Plus members always get an extra three days to purchase deals, and I was counting on that. I was therefore disappointed to see that Grain is marked as “Sold Out!”. Please let me know as well if you receive any further information about this from AppSumo. Thank you!

Although it highly aligns with our goal, it's not planned for near future yet. We really want to add a native Shopify app and I can see that happening early Q3 2026 but it's hard to say anything at the moment.
