Q: Growth (Tiers 4-6) future updates / Sharing read only stats

Hi Eray

Thanks for clarifying the previous aligned plan question.

A few more questions if you could help as the timer is counting down...

1)I see after Tier 2 all plans have the same features - seperated by the quantity of monthly
Are there any updates coming out this year that would only be aligned to Tier 4+?

2)WIll A/B Testing when released be in any tiers?

3)Are there any demo videos I could look at of the visual visitor tracking etc?

4)Can I share a selection of stats, like a dashboard via a public url and/or iframe url with a client?

5)a)I can't seem to find a full list of platforms you integrate (track for) - is there one available?
b)Are there any integrations not included in certain/all tiers here?

Thanks,

Matt

A: Hi Matt,

Great questions. Quick answers:

1) Tier differentiation: Tiers 4-6 share features but differ in volume. Most features will be available for all plans, some more powerful ones might be included in Tier 2 and above. We have no intention of introducing any extra features that are only available to Tier 3+ or anything above.

2) A/B Testing: Included in all tiers when released.

3) We don't have any demo videos for visual tracking at the moment, but the setup is pretty straightforward and support chat is always available.

4) Sharing stats: We have introduced Custom Views that allows you to create customized dashboards with different metrics (or let Kai create one for you!). We are working on an update to allow sharing of metrics on a public URL with custom logos (iframe friendly).

5) Integrations: Full list available in our docs (see the integrations section in the sidebar): https://docs.grainql.com/installation

Current Web Integrations:
- Universal Grain Tag (a one-line integration for any website)
- WordPress Plugin (with WooCommerce support)
- Google Tag Manager (also coming to GTM public gallery soon, pending approval from Google)
- Shopify
- NPM packages with React and NextJS support for developers

No tier restrictions—all integrations available across plans.

Cheers,
Eray
