I had high hopes for this product when I purchased six licenses several months ago, intending to use it when the time was right. Unfortunately, when that time came, the experience fell far short of expectations.

Upon implementing the code via Google Tag Manager (GTM), as instructed in the documentation, I encountered a significant issue. In Chrome, the implementation triggered a security warning: "The site that you just tried to visit looks fake. Attackers sometimes mimic sites by making small, hard-to-see changes to the URL." This understandably raised concerns about the potential impact on my customers.

When I reached out to support, the initial response was that they couldn’t see the code in my site header and suggested I change the security settings in my Chrome browser. This response was baffling—not only because browser settings are beyond my control as a site owner but also because it failed to address the root cause of the issue. I had clearly stated that the code was implemented through GTM, but this seemed to be overlooked, possibly due to a language barrier.

After further communication, I pointed out that the issue stemmed from the subdomain provided by Gravitec being too similar to my domain, which was likely triggering the Chrome warning. The proposed solution? To put the code directly into my site header—something that contradicted their own documentation, which explicitly states that GTM implementation is supported.

The back-and-forth was exhausting and unproductive, leaving me feeling like I was going in circles. Despite my efforts to find a resolution, it became clear that this product was more hassle than it was worth. In the end, I wrote off the money I spent and opted for a different solution that works without compromising customer trust or causing unnecessary friction.

I cannot recommend this product, especially for those who rely on clear documentation and effective customer support. The experience was disappointing from start to finish.

I had a problem with the configuration; I received support for days until I managed to fix it. It was a fast, friendly service, in other words, very efficient. What a good decision I made in acquiring this tool. Thank you, support team.

This is the easiest way I have found to incorporate push notifications within Wordpress. They just released a big update and continue to improve it. Having the bell feature with the push history is an amazing feature to have on your site! Plus you get so much more. The company is also amazing at dealing with any questions you may have. Just get it!

Gravitec is very good.
Fast, clean and responsive.

Unfortunately subscription rate is much much lower than expected since, as confirmed from support, "Other" integration type implementation require additional click (friction) resulting in much much less subscriptions.
Hope in the future there will be a fix!

Exactly what i was looking for. Setup was done in 10 minutes and ist works perfectly without monthly costs...

This is an easy to use product with a clear interface along with videos tutorials. I found this very helpful since this is the first time I am using push notifications. In addition, the installation on wordpress seems easy. Finally, I looked at the roadmap and I am happy to see potential integration with some products that use. Overall a 5-star ranking.

It's a great tool to have in your marketing toolbox.
There are plenty of solutions for push notifications but Gravitec's implementation stands out as the easiest to use and definitely as the most time-saving one.
The interface is intuitive and very easy to navigate. You'll set up your first campaign in 2-5 minutes. No confusions, no searching for buttons, everything you need is where it's supposed to be.
If you've never dealt with push notifications before, you might want to check their video tutorials to get familiar with terminology and tricks of the trade. There are 14 short 1-minute videos showing all nooks and crannies of the app. Lovely!
The subscriber limits are very generous in all tiers and "Unlimited websites" is lavish. You won't feel constrained or limited inside the app.
Overall - I love it!

As an enthusiastic content creator, Gravitec is enabling me to build my own subscriber list with powerful tools.

It was easy to set up and tech support quickly helped me with actionable guidance on some of their API features.

Setting up Push Notifications is a breeze and having AI there to swiftly support you to get the audience's attention is amazing because creating interesting hooks can be challenging.

I would love to see more control features integrated into the WordPress plugin that provide options on a per-post level.

That said, I'm happy with my purchase!

Not the first web-based push notifications platform I'm using but absolutely the easiest one and has enough features covering all my needs.

I am super glad that I found this tool a while ago. The setup process is easy and the interface is very pleasing. The whole functionality seems really well thought out and everything works properly and fast.
What surprised me in a positive way is the relatively high CTR of the push campaigns.

So far, I have really nothing to complain about and am fully satisfied. I personally would recommend a tool like this for every website owner who publishes articles, news or things alike.

I have to looking for various solutions to take visitors and turn them into leads and customers in my pipeline and have looked for a low barrier solution in which people do not have to actually leave an email address and a name because that is becoming antiquated. That's when I saw Gravitec and I knew immediately that it was the smartest choice and the best decision I could make. In the new modern landscape of websites and mobile responsiveness this tool becomes the best weapon to launch for lead generation and sales generation. I truly appreciate the UI and the layout.

This is by far one of the best marketing tools to use if you truly want to engage with your audience. I made the mistake of writing an email to my web builder app to add the json files and I'm forgot that that request would be for a fully hosted website in which you have control of your root directory via cpanel or FTP server.

So if any of you sumolings on a web builder that is fully hosted by the web builder vendor like Lindo AI, Wix or any of the fully hosted solutions out there that allow you to add a line of code, a global code then use the third Wix and other options to add a line of code to your site. It should be the third option after the WordPress option. Once I added a line of code from the third option Gravitec worked like a charm.

So please don't make this mistake and fire off unnecessary support emails to either your developer of your fully hosted web builder just use the Wix option because Wix is the same as Lindo AI because it is fully hosted by the company and you do not have access to the server and root directory like traditional self-hosted sites. I love the fact that I can add unlimited sites and that I can reach my audience instantly giving them notifications about my products and services without them having an open an email or going to an email app.

This is an amazing top tier once in a lifetime deal if you have any common sense do not pass this up. And shout out to Poland because one of my best friends is Polish and he's an angel he has a heart of gold and he's a good guy, and he got me hooked on Makowiec and a sweet raisin bread that he calls cake but I call it bread it's the funniest thing we argue back and forth. He says it's not bread because it's sweet.🤣 Okay back to business get this now I give it five overstuffed tacos, best ever. Get Gravitec now what are you waiting for?

I've got to say, even though I haven't hooked it up to a website yet, I'm really liking it. The reason I haven't connected it yet is because, for the types of webs I use, I'll need to employ Google Tag Manager, which adds a bit of prep work on my end. The interface is easy to navigate, and the features look promising. Though, I'd love it if they could consider adding integrations with Pabbly and Activepieces. That would truly be the cherry on top.

Everything is nice, cool user interface & easy to manage.
Working on android but not on iphone. i have checked with my phone and with different browser but same issues.

still trying to fix that or checking from my end if there is anything need with configuration or not. Maybe they can check this and make this perfect so we can make more leads and return users.

The website part of this tools is nice, clean and it works. This can't be said about the Gravitec WordPress plugin, which has zero support and there is no progress with requested features, bugfixes etc.

Is sending just 1 per day so i am very disappointed but now i can't get the refund a want all the people to know is not goo, better is free version of another app like this.
