Q: Account set up support needed. Site Help was not working.
I activated my account with an AppSumo Tier 3 Plan, but it appears that I have a 14-day trial. What do I need to do to correct that? Is there a place to send an email or chat to fix the account setup please? Thanks for your help.
is there a facility for chat/ Messenger integrated in the website? I mean if someone wanted to contact me in website is there a Knowledge base chat/ trained ai system or integration chat facility from other website possible?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan as per AppSumo’s terms. However, I’m not completely sure whether upgrades will be available after the deal ends. As far as I know, once the campaign ends, upgrades may no longer be possible, though downgrades should still be allowed.

Grigora does not currently support course creation or LMS functionality.
We also do not support payment options within forms, nor do we offer forum features.

Remove Branding and White Label are different. Remove Branding only removes the “Built with Grigora” watermark from websites. White Label, on the other hand, allows you to rebrand Grigora as your own platform and resell it under your brand.
