I did not know the developers abandoned this product. I was using it for events up through 2025 and it was working fine and then the weekend of September 6 it went offline. It would be nice to have a central place within AppSumo to go and discover products that have been abandoned. Could possibly prevent continuing to use a product to all of a sudden having it disappear when it was in the middle of being used. Such as my case here.

Guestboard is an amazing platform to have everything for an event, conference, Barcamp, whatever you want to plan; the functionalities are easy, Peter and his team provide good support, the integration with zoom, checklists, sponsors - all easy to use and for small events a tool I was looking for to interact with my participants aside of the "big" social networks. Guiestboard stands out from all other event platforms thanks to the possibility of organizing a community that can be profiled for groups. If you are an instructor or coach with a customer base with GuestBoard your business can grow without limits. I will probably try to create an event for meetings of friends and parties but the real strength is to aggregate a group of people who in this way contribute to the success of your event by sharing news and photos in the group chat.
