Totally Disappointed

This product has been a huge letdown. The contact info is all wrong, the engagement campaigns are useless, and people keep moving between all the stages in 100s - unsubscribes, spam, and everything in between. I’ve never seen anything like it. Support does get back to you, but their help isn’t very useful. I really regret buying this.

Most disappointing deal I bought on Appsumo for a long time

We have multiple identification software as part of our outreach service. This deal looked promising and we purchased 40 codes. We are testing it next to other software we run on the websites, but so far we see a lot of bugs, missing data and no support. I reached out to George by mail, still waiting for a response (2 weeks ago). I really hoped this deal would make up to its promise, but so far only disappointment.

In two weeks we need to decide to keep it or refund it, unless they reach out (which i really hope) We see no other option then return it to AS.

@happierleads, hope that response time will improve. The same applies to the data correctness

I tried to filter for Active Demand in the Netherlands. I get a lot of companies, where non of them was from that country. Also it shows 88K for the Netherlands, Where this country has 2.3Million companies. For Germany it report 143K where Germany has 5.7Million companies.

Seems that the EU data is very low.

Terrible Support

The product is not bad, but don't expect support if you have issues. It's non-existent. I've been waiting weeks for a response to an error I'm getting, and that is despite my following up. Crickets!

Unacceptable mixup between customers

The idea is very good. The problem is each time I entered the dashboard, it displays a website that is not mine. In other words, it is displaying a website/account of another customer. How is it even conceivable? I did reconnect and the support told me to so. But today, the mixup happened again. Same other customer website.
This kind of breach is unacceptable for any type of SaaS. Support indicated me it has been fixed on July 22th but it came back today.

Very bad product. Nothing is correct. All leads are wrong.

Terrible product I regret buying. Everything is absolutely wrong. I cross check with hubspot and it doesn't find a single person correctly who visited my site. Disappointing.

The fact those people are not in your hubspot does not prove the tool is not correct.
