I would like to know how well it works in Spanish, since I have read very good reviews, except for one from a user who works in Spanish (I work in Spanish), as well as knowing what language model they use (ChatGPT 3.5, ChatGPT Omni, Claude Sonnet, etc.)

Q: Call listening feature in WebApp & Knowledgebase
Two feedback/questions: - Is there a way to integrate the listening feature directly into the web app? I work in sales and rely heavily on video calls, so juggling my phone and finding good questions while engaging in conversation can be pretty challenging! - Can I upload my own knowledge base? So Hedy can connect the dots between my service and the client's requirement.
A: Thanks for the questions! We're working on a native desktop app that will allow you to run Hedy in virtual meetings without requiring your phone.
As far as the knowledge base, it's something we are looking to add eventually. In the meantime, I recommend you use the session context (on the meeting settings screen) to provide some information about your service and/or clients so Hedy can help...
A: Thanks for the question! We tried to include Hindi, but unfortunately the quality of the transcript from the speech to text model is too low to use at this time. We will re-evaluate this again in the future as the processing power of phones increases and we can run larger models with more language support.
Sometimes we record important calls to revisit later for reference. Or another usecase...we have a lengthy whatsapp audio related to any work topic and we want that to be transcribed and suggest a response to it. PLease add support to upload an audio file.

Keyword Search Across Meetings: It would be amazing to have the ability to search by keyword across different meetings, with the keyword digging into transcripts. This would make it so much easier to find specific topics or discussions across multiple sessions.
Chat with Multiple Meetings: Adding the ability to chat with several meetings at once would be a game-changer. This could include the option to select different meetings or chat with a filtered result based on specific criteria.
These features would really enhance the usability and efficiency of the platform. Looking forward to seeing what’s next!
