Can hedy still tape my speech and take notes if I temporarily muted myself from the audience? eg - if I want to record my own notes whilst they are taking a time out and dont need to hear me ?

A: Yes, that's a great use case. Hedy should still keep listening to you on your mic, even if you mute yourself in zoom. (disclaimer: we're not in control of what zoom does, so if it messes with the mic at the system level, that might affect Hedy too)
Hi May I ask the pricing here $179 is equivalent to which package on your website ? Does this have real time support during my meeting and does it come with access to lifetime upgrade in future like the $299 in your website ?

Q: Can you use it if you're unable to install the app due to security restrictions. I do have an Android phone
I have a client issued laptop with heavy security restrictions in place so installing an app is not an option at all.
How would this work, if it can. in that use case?
Would it mean installing onto the phone and then recording through the laptop speaker?
How would you then use the features (which seem pretty good) in real time? like getting responses to provide back to what was said...

A: Thanks for the question! In that case you can capture the audio on your phone (the meeting would have to play over speaker) and then you can interact with Hedy in realtime via the web version (web.hedy.ai).
I notice this can be used for coaching. What about psychotherapy? What is the consideration of introducing various psychotherapeutic models (or allow us to input certain model so that as a coach to teach us across our clients)? I hope Hedy AI can help through deliberate practice. It acts as my psychotherapy coach

A: We have many coaches and practitioners using Hedy like this. Since that's a fairly narrow use case, i recommend downloading Hedy first from our website and trying this on the free version.
Is there demonstration on how to use it for face-to-face conversation? I find it awkward. I mean, people will know when you're looking at the phone. It seems like it is more suitable for online conversation. Am I right to say this?

A: Thanks for the question! It really depends on the setting. Often times the best use for Hedy in in-person meetings is to simply capture the conversation. Other times, such as medical appointments, it's more acceptable to interact with your phone during the appointment. If you have an Apple Watch, you can also get Hedy's suggestions on your watch, and looking at a notification on your watch...
