Q: Am I able to upload my own content so the app know how to respond to the type
of sales meetings I have on the phone and on Zoom? Am I training the app? Can I use it on a computer Zoom call and iphone. Mostly I use Zoom and Dialpad on my desktop so disregard the iphone as I don't do sales calls on my iphone. Thank you

Q: Switching from Granola with auto-calendar popups
The one thing that's stopping me from Granola to Hedy is integrating into my Microsoft Teams calendar and popping up when a meeting is about to start, asking if I want to record, like Granola does. Is this on the roadmap?

A: Hi Rodney, Thanks for asking! We actually just launched this for Google Calendar last week, and will shortly add this for Office 365 / Teams as well. We're also hoping to add a migration tool so you can import all your past sessions from Granola directly to Hedy.

The other thing I need that Granada has is shared spaces. Let's say there's myself and two other people on a Teams call, and we're all adding notes collaboratively during a customer meeting. Is this possible?
We expect the MS calendar integration to ship in the coming weeks. Not sure how long the AppSumo deal will be available though.
Hedy Pro is focused on individual support, and while sessions and topics can be shared, real-time collaboration across multiple team members will likely not be part of the Hedy Pro product.
Q: Audio sometimes is non-consistent during meetings.
As I'm using Hedy for meetings, sometimes I actually have to stop the app in order for people to hear me because my audio is inconsistent from time to time. I'm on a MacBook Pro. Apple M4 Max and I have to stop the App, which is bad because I miss context during some of the meetings where I have to do this. I would say it happens about three to four times a week. Any suggestions or updates for this audio issue?
