Q: Audio sometimes is non-consistent during meetings.
As I'm using Hedy for meetings, sometimes I actually have to stop the app in order for people to hear me because my audio is inconsistent from time to time. I'm on a MacBook Pro. Apple M4 Max and I have to stop the App, which is bad because I miss context during some of the meetings where I have to do this. I would say it happens about three to four times a week. Any suggestions or updates for this audio issue?

A: Hi TheDByrd, that's definitely concerning! We'll need to get to the bottom of that... perhaps an issue with an external mic codec or something. Please email [email protected] so we can further troubleshoot this.
Q: Does it record the system sound, or listen to the speakers via the microphone?
2 questions:
- I know that Hey was not able to do this months ago. Can it now capture the discussion directly from the system audio for video conferences, etc?
- If I share my screen with someone, would Hedy be visible? or would it be invisible/in stealth mode (like for example application like interviewcoder.co or lockedinai.com), because not captured on the same level as other apps? I only...

A: Thanks for the questions!
1. Our desktop apps tap into the system audio AND mic audio. So they can hear both sides of the conversation. The phone app are mic only (due to operating system privacy restrictions).
2. Hedy currently is visible in screen shares. One workaround is to use a second device logged into the same account... that way you can access the live session from there.
Q: Is integrated graphics sufficient for real-world use?
For Windows users without a dedicated GPU (integrated AMD Radeon), is performance acceptable for transcribing virtual meetings, or is the dedicated GPU effectively required for a usable experience?

A: Thanks for the question! Hedy can definitely run without a dedicated GPU, especially if your PC is newer. Feel free to download the free version from our website and test it prior to buying the LTD.
I downloaded the free version & tried it yesterday. It was pretty impressive. The only thing that I noticed is that it did not seem to be able to distinguish the voices in my meeting, so the transcript looks like someone talking to themselves. The summary seemed to understand that there were two people, but it wasn't super clear in the transcripts. Is that something I only get in the paid version?

Q: Sales calls integration
I take most of my sales calls through JustCall. Will Hedy integrate with JustCall and provide real time feedback/coaching?

Yes, but 2 devices is not so practical and it always looks strange when you look another screen when you speak to someone.

Q: Does Windows app capture both sides of Zoom/Teams calls?
Does the Windows beta support system audio capture for virtual meetings (Zoom, Teams, etc.)? Or is that currently macOS only?

May 2, 2026A: Yes, the Windows version supports capturing all attendees in virtual meetings, just like on macOS!
