Q: Clarification Questions
Hello Support Team,
1.) Great product! Can I use your software on multiple devices? If so, what is the number of devices can I use your software?
2.) Can I download my meeting from your cloud to my devices?
3.) How do I use Hedy on video meetings?
4.) Is there any restrictions on the type of video calls I can use Hedy?
5.) Do I have to invite Hedy to my video meetings? Please explain.
6.) How does your software compare to Letterly now on Appsumo?

Apr 30, 2025A: Thanks for the questions! I'll do my best to answer them:
1. You can install Hedy on as many devices as you like. Just keep in mind that you can only have one session running at a time.
2. Absolutely! The meeting audio is *only* stored on your device (if you enable recordings), and everything else is easily exportable.
3. Using out MacOS app is best for that (Windows app is in development). If you have the meeting on speaker, you can also have your phone listen.
4. Hedy will work for any conversation that it can hear :)
5. Hedy listens in on conversations without joining a meeting via bot.
6. I'm not familiar with Letterly.
