How does the the chatbot on desktop works? is there a browser app that we need to install in addition to the mobile app?

When you set up your account in the app, simply select to enable "Cloud Sync". Now you can go to https://app.hedy.bot in any browser and interact with Hedy from your browser while running Hedy on your phone. I hope this answers your question!

Just to be clear, I can go to https://app.hedy.bot in any browser from my laptop running Zoom meeting, while running Hedy on my mobile phone and chat? correct?
We built the web app specifically for Zoom users, so they don't need to take their eyes off the screen to chat with Hedy. As long as Hedy is running on your phone and it can hear the meeting, you can enable Cloud Sync in the mobile app and then go to the web app to chat with Hedy.

Got it. So at this time, it can not support running Zoom meeting in mobile browser while to chat, correct? For the chat to work, it must be running Zoom on a different device (i.e - laptop) to have the chat capabilitie.
Another question - How do I change the password to my account?
If your conversation is taking place on a mobile phone (zoom or phone call), we do recommend running Hedy on a separate device.
If you created an account with an email address + password, you can reset your password by signing out and tapping the "forgot password" link. This will send you a link to reset your password. (Thanks for reminding me, we need to add that link on the settings page too!)
