Similar to Heidihealth / Fathom, yet to try Heidi.

At one stage Hedy was only available via mobile, can we use it on our laptops yet?

It would be great if there was Zoom/Teams/ Google Meet integration. The way Fathom does this with meeting and action points is a step above. Also the way they link notes to video recording useful step above. Is this functionality in the pipeline?

I have been using Hedy for a year now, and I am using it for all my meetings. It is smart, it is safe, it has a great community, monthly upgrades, nice communication from the founder. This is a 6 tacco deal.

Some apps are good. Some disappoint. But every now and then, one genuinely surpasses all expectations. Hedy AI is that app.
It's not just a meeting tool — it makes meetings more productive in the moment, then keeps working after they end. The summary feature alone is worth it, but the standout for me is being able to question your meeting notes and instantly surface specific points. That's genuinely useful, not just a nice-to-have.
Multiple contexts support is a brilliant touch — exactly the kind of thoughtful design that separates a great product from a good one.
The team deserves equal praise. They've shipped features at an impressive pace and kept the community informed every step of the way. I genuinely hope Hedy becomes the benchmark tool in its category — it has every right to be.

I’ve been really enjoying my experience with Hedy AI so far. What stands out the most is how flexible and powerful the context system is, being able to tailor it to my workflows (sales, meetings, strategy) makes a huge difference.

I picked up the Hedy.ai LTD in March 2025 and have used it consistently every week since. That alone tells you something — plenty of AppSumo purchases sit dormant after the novelty wears off. Hedy didn't. It's become a real part of how I operate.

The Windows app is a welcome addition and works exactly as you'd expect. My primary device workflow is smooth and reliable. The Android app has been equally flawless — no complaints whatsoever.

One honest note: on iOS, I've had the mic cut out twice mid-meeting, which meant those recordings were lost. It's happened only twice over many months of use, so it's not a dealbreaker — but worth knowing if iOS is your primary device.

Best workflow I've found

Candidate interviews. Ask every interviewee the exact same questions, record each session with Hedy, then use the AI to compare responses across all candidates. The consistency matters — it gives the AI something structured to work with, and the output is genuinely useful for making hiring decisions. It's transformed how I evaluate new hires.

I recommend Hedy.ai wholeheartedly — but with one caveat: you have to actually use it to get the value. Like any AI tool, the ROI is proportional to the reps you put in. If you're recording meetings regularly and willing to engage with the summaries and analysis, this tool pays for itself quickly.

Solid product, active development, and a team that clearly cares. Two thumbs up.

Lastly I will say that I did purchase this for $59.00, however I would be just as happy with it at $179.00
