I've spent the past 4-5 months trying to find an easy to use, simple CRM that doesn't take 20 hours of training to use. I feel like I've found it. I'm only 1 day in, but this seems like it meets my needs, and the pieces it does not seem to be in the pipeline to be built. The owner is very engaging, and helpful thus far. 5 stars so far!

I spent weeks testing different CRMs, looking for something clean, modern, and customizable to fit our industry’s language... plus an easy way to send quick proposals without jumping between apps. Most importantly, I wanted a system that my team would actually enjoy using, one that would make us more productive.
Heffl nailed it. The interface is simple, the customization is spot on, and the dev team actually listens and ships updates fast. You can tell they care about building something great.
If you’ve been frustrated trying other CRMs, give this one a shot.

Contact with support is almost instantaneous. I asked about the future of tutorial oriented videos and Hadiazeez said they're in the works and should be available in just a few days. Bought the affordable tier 1 with the idea if I can make it work for what I need, I'll bump up for further capacities.
I reply fast because I’m not taking a break anytime soon, fully locked in for the next few months. Videos, new features, everything’s rolling out one after another 💪
Love the clean UI, super-fast support, and the smooth iOS app. Everything just works. Only downside? The LinkedIn + WhatsApp add-ons cost extra monthly. But honestly, for an all-in-one CRM with zero weird limits, it’s a steal on AppSumo right now.

What I like about Heffl at the first glance is its user friendliness and fast service. (Had a question, got immediate response.) I was looking for a very flexible CRM solution for my Consulting Business. I think I found it with this tool. There is a lot more within the software, though.
