I’ve been using Heffl as my main CRM after juggling with various tools. It has quickly become one of the most valuable tools in my business toolkit.

Powerful tool with lots of capability

It gives you:

- Strong pipeline and lead tracking
- Flexible workflows
- Useful automation options
- Clear, practical dashboards

Lot of thought has gone into how the system is built. Once you understand the structure, you can really shape it around the way your business works.

The real magic: Hadi’s support. He is SUPERB. What truly sets Heffl apart is Hadi, the founder.

- He is incredibly proactive – he doesn’t just wait for questions, he anticipates what you might need.
- He genuinely goes the extra mile – from understanding your business model to suggesting better ways to set things up.
- He’s very patient and hands-on, especially during the initial setup, which can feel a bit technical if you’re new to CRMs.

You do need to understand some of the technical side to get the best out of Heffl, but Hadi is there at every step to guide you, explain things clearly, and even walk you through the process.

Overall experience:

If you want a CRM with solid features and a founder who actually cares about your success, Heffl is an excellent choice. The combination of a capable tool and Hadi’s personal support makes it stand out from other CRMs I’ve used.

I like working with Heffl. Yes, it is (still) not perfect and it has its flaws. A few things could run smoother, but the support is great and updates and new features are constantly added, making Heffl a very versatile tool.
We mainly use it for quotes because invoices do not yet work properly for German users. However, I am sure that this is only a matter of time. Great software! Thank you.

I am really liking what I am seeing from Heffl. Other platforms I have used can be quite complicated but so far bringing across contacts has been super easy. Usually, that't the bit I hate the most! The overall look of the platform feels clean and easy. The thought that has gone into/going into this platform is immense. To send out proposals for review and signing is so handy.. Saves all the pdfs. being uploaded and sent. Being able to connect Whatsapp and Linked in messages whilst working in Heffl is great idea as saves time bouncing around different windows. I cannot wait to see the email marketing arm added. I use an SMTP email set up in my business and all other platforms only work with Google or Outlook. To hear there will be an option for SMTP mail connection is massive for me - I am then all set. I will have literally everything I need in one space. Thank you Heffl, I really feel you are doing your homework here and thinking about is needed as we move forward.
