Good potential, yet.. too limited, cannot adapt to my way of working

I read the potencial of this app and instantly bought tier 3, with that being Sayed the app is very limited in the wayt hat they only operate with their set of rules and ways of thinking the AI cannot adapt to my workflow and way of doing things, it ever says itself

"Every chat even if it is right after this one gets me reseted to the guidelines, I cannot adapt, change my way to work according to what your needs", this is what I need, some way to have it adapted to the way I work and to teach if needed what I want it to do with certain information I give.

As a example when I ask for a summary of a big conversation I had, the way I want the summary to always be done, what information I want for it to focus on, instead of a general summary.

Or while gathering information, what I deem the most important parts to always focus while different kind of topics, but if it resets after every single chat I have to redo the way I want it to work for all of my workflows, over and over again and that's not what I want to do... Lots of potential, but this is not for me..Yet

Thank you for this — and first off, I love how clearly you think about your workflow.

What you're describing — Aria adapting to the way YOU work, learning how you like your summaries, what to focus on, and carrying that across your conversations so you don't repeat yourself — is exactly the direction we're investing in next. Deeper, persistent personalization is a core part of where Aria is...

Could this finally be the organisation app I stick with?

I think I’ve tried more personal organisation apps than there are personal organisation apps in existence!

Lots are very similar. Some offer something different. Hello Aria is one of those, and it’s very, very close to what I need.

I particularly like getting reminders through WhatsApp. It’s something I already use throughout the day, so having reminders appear there makes sense for me. An organisation tool has a better chance if I actually remember to look at it!

There are still a few things missing that I’d normally expect, such as subtasks. Sometimes “sort the garage" is several steps, and I’d like to tick those off as I go.

I’d also like more control over the order of tasks and task lists. Certain things belong in my morning routine, and being able to rearrange them would make it easier to see what’s next.

I fed these suggestions back and received very quick responses. The team understood exactly what I meant and said they’d logged them for the roadmap. That doesn’t mean they’re available yet, but it’s encouraging to feel that your feedback is being heard.

I’ve hit a couple of bugs during early testing too, so I wouldn’t pretend everything is polished. What has impressed me is how willing the team has been to investigate and keep the conversation going.

My impression is that the founder really wants to improve this in ways that help people manage their lives. That matters to me, because I’m looking for something I’ll actually keep using.

Five tacos, partly for where it’s headed rather than just where it is today. There’s work to do, but this feels close enough to what I need that I want to stick with it and see how it develops.

Thank you — this is exactly the kind of feedback that helps us build the right thing.

The WhatsApp point is the heart of it: a tool only works if it meets you where you already are, and we're glad that's clicking for you.

You're right that subtasks and reordering aren't there yet. "Sort the garage" being one line when it's really five steps — and being able to arrange your morning routine in the...

10/5 Tacos - The ultimate productivity tool and a massive time-saver!

This is an absolute LIFE SAVER! I bought Hello Aria on AppSumo and I find it simply incredible. For a new launch, the application is already highly advanced and it’s truly the peak of productivity. Setting up the WhatsApp integration took just a few seconds, and being able to manage your entire day from a single chat is a game changer. I also really appreciate the BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) approach, which keeps ongoing costs low.

What makes it even better is the cross-platform availability. It's already great on iOS and the web, and even though the official Android app is targeted for December 2026, I am currently using the Android beta and I am extremely happy with it!
But what really sells the dream and proves Aria can outshine the competition is their highly promising roadmap:

Deeper Google Ecosystem: Two-way Google Keep sync and deeper Google Workspace integrations (Docs, Sheets) are planned for next quarter.

Advanced Automation: They are bringing in personal email forwarding (turning forwarded emails into tasks/notes automatically) and reusable templates/routines (like setting up a morning routine or trip packing list once and reusing it).

Richer Tasks & Notes: The team is scoping out subtasks, Markdown support, and aiming for an Obsidian-level full notes experience where attachments and files auto-store to your connected Drive/OneDrive.

Smart Memory: They already have a personalized learning engine in internal testing that adapts to your patterns for true friction-less, inbox-style capture.

In short, Hello Aria saves me so much time every day. It already has a remarkably strong foundation with its conversational interface, and the responsive founding team genuinely listens to user feedback. Highly recommended!

This genuinely made our day — thank you for taking the time to write something so thoughtful. 🙏

You've captured exactly what we're going for: run your whole day from a single chat, keep ongoing costs low with BYOK, and meet you wherever you are (so glad the Android beta is treating you well — lots more coming there).

And yes, the roadmap is where we're pouring our energy: deeper Google...

Everyone should get this

This is a LIFE SAVER. I have started vibe-coding a lot of solutions myself, but this tool is a hassle to vibe-code because of all the integrations.

Love that they do BYOK, so it reduces ongoing cost and lowers the chance of this being another AppSumo product that has to close down in X years. Wish you all the best with your launch and your future. This product is so needed in the world!

This honestly made our whole team smile — thank you. 🙏

You nailed exactly why we built it: the integrations are the part that's a nightmare to wire up and keep alive, so we took that pain on so you don't have to. And you're spot on about BYOK — keeping ongoing costs low is a big part of how we make sure Aria is still here years from now, not another deal that quietly disappears.

Hello Aria App Review

Hello Aria App Review

I tested Hello Aria once by using WhatsApp to record a task and view my daily schedule. The app is designed to connect with Google Calendar, allowing users to add reminders and appointments through WhatsApp instead of opening the calendar manually.

The daily message displayed my reminders, calendar events, times, and links in a fairly clear format. This could be useful for people who want a quick overview of their schedule or prefer sending voice messages rather than typing directly into Google Calendar.

However, this review is based on only one test, so I cannot yet comment on its reliability, accuracy, or performance over a longer period. It would be useful to test how well the app handles unclear voice messages, changes to appointments, recurring reminders, and missed notifications.

What I noticed
- Tasks and reminders can be recorded through WhatsApp.
- The app provides a daily summary of calendar events.
- Appointment times and links are shown in the message.
- It may reduce the need to check Google Calendar manually.

Overall
Hello Aria appears to be a convenient calendar assistant, but I have only tested it once. The initial experience was straightforward, although more testing would be needed to assess how dependable it is for regular use.

Thank you for such a thoughtful, honest review — testing carefully and being upfront that it's early is exactly the kind of feedback we value. Aria does handle recurring reminders (daily/weekly/monthly), rescheduling and editing appointments, and voice notes in 100+ languages — and it works across WhatsApp, the app, Telegram, and web, not just calendar.
We'd genuinely love for you to push it over...
