Q: Hi I bought Hey Oliver and I installed the pixel and my new website and I don't think its working.
Hi this is Jon Symonds. It says that my account is online on the hey oliver site but it doesn't look active from the hey oliver dashboard. Can someone help me with this? Is there a live person that can help me or can someone check on my account and let me know what I need to do to get the pixel to work and track the website visitor? Can someone email me about this?
Unfortunately, I have the same impression. I have tried MULTIPLE times to contact support, I have even contacted AppSumo myself, but NOBODY answers. I think it's down. Too bad. And even more of a shame that NOTHING is being done here and ignorance prevails.
I have had problems for the past mont after purchasing Tier 3...I got an initial response, but then NOTHING, and the problems persist...now it looks like I am stuck with a platform that has shuttered, with no recourse. Too bad...I was excited about the potential.
Q: Form tracking
Speaking of form tracking, can it track Bricks builder forms?
Whole text entroducing the software is generic. Can you explain, in laymans terms, some of the benefits for the user?
Simple, day to day things we might find incredibly useful, something like
- female visitors exit the website much faster than male - visitors who enter the website on page X convert 3x better than those who enter on archive pages - people who dont convert follow this path - Users in the healthcare industry are less likely to book compared to those in the tech industry. - Users who visit the 'About Us' page are 2x more likely to book compared to those who don't.
Things like that. The entire copy both on AS and your webpage is generic, and I honestly don't know what the software is REALLY for.
The Live Chat and Live Audience functions no longer work. The Chat even throws up an error on their own HeyOliver sales page. Safe to say this app is donezo.
