Hello, I would like to know if the website amounts allocated per plan are for entire domains or for individual pages. For example, if I install the app on my main website domain, will it track all pages under that domain, or only the specific page where I place the app?

A: Hello, it will track all the pages of the same domain the tracking is added into.

Can a unique url be sent out to each person that Inserts their info into the lead gen form? Unique url created- automated and triggered out to their email.

Unfortunately, I have the same impression. I have tried MULTIPLE times to contact support, I have even contacted AppSumo myself, but NOBODY answers. I think it's down. Too bad. And even more of a shame that NOTHING is being done here and ignorance prevails.
I have had problems for the past mont after purchasing Tier 3...I got an initial response, but then NOTHING, and the problems persist...now it looks like I am stuck with a platform that has shuttered, with no recourse. Too bad...I was excited about the potential.
