Welcome back! I purchased Tier 2 of your software when you were on the platform previously. However, Im unable to get access to my software license. I would like to upgrade to Tier 3. Can you provide me with instructions on how to get access your software and upgrade to the higher tier? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hey Appsumo, why are you bringing back a project when the developer has not responded to any questions since May 2024? The support and help website (https://help.heybase.io/) are not operational, and their most recent reviews on Appsumo are quite negative due to lack of support.
