Q: Access and upgrade assistance

Hello Support Team,

Welcome back! I purchased Tier 2 of your software when you were on the platform previously. However, Im unable to get access to my software license. I would like to upgrade to Tier 3. Can you provide me with instructions on how to get access your software and upgrade to the higher tier? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue and had been emailing you guys for the last few months. Just emailed again to support@heybase.io a few minutes ago.
