Q: Credits always 0?
Im on tier 3 but my credits are always showing 0 every month...why is that?
Another issue : I setup CNAME but im getting an error saying "Room Not Available" - Could you please advise?

1. Credits Issue: Currently, credits are not being allocated or consumed as AI-powered features like the chatbot are free to use for now. This is why your credit balance shows as 0.
2. CNAME Setup: The “Room Not Available” error can occur if the room is inactive or if the guest has been removed. Please ensure you’ve updated the DNS records correctly.
