I have experience similar performance. No matter that I can login and build sales rooms, things are not working as advertised. Oddly, they they have been pushing another product via email. I sent a note to AppSumo support.

According to my communications with AppSumo, they stated they can’t or won’t do anything about it.

I feel like such a sucker for buying more from them. Since my initial purchase, support only intermittently responded and often responses don't make sense. I wanted to include a link to a LinkedIn profile, but it won't save (Bill Gates's LinkedIn profile will). They told me LinkedIn integration isn't supported, but I'm not looking to integrate; I simply want to embed a link on a Heybase site.
