Q: I can't get hold of support as I am having technical issues for months?
Can someone please help??? none of my customers are able to click on the link.

I have experience similar performance. No matter that I can login and build sales rooms, things are not working as advertised. Oddly, they they have been pushing another product via email. I sent a note to AppSumo support.
