Q: To those with custom domain issues: I received an email from them last July 24th.

Included at the bottom portion of that email was information about the new CNAME and a link to a guide on how to update the DNS record.

I almost missed this important info as it was sent together with other product updates.

My suggestion to Heybase team is to send a separate email for important annoucements like DNS changes to ensure that they are properly received by the users.

So now, after updating my DNS and waiting for a few minutes, my custom domain is working perfectly. And I'm also happy with the new updates and features on the platform! 🙂
