I'm Totally Lost
I was so excited to find HeySummit because I want to brand my online events and workshops.
Per many excellent reviews, I purchased several tiers to ensure everything meets my needs.
I started out excited and seemed to be moving along in creating a one-off event with myself as the solo speaker, but then the process just went deeper and deeper into convoluted layers that stopped making sense. It just seemed like a lot of disconnected information.
I thought it would be more intuitive and a whole lot simpler.
I finally gave up in frustration because, as another reviewer said, it is very difficult to use and figure out. I need something that will make creating and running events easier. Not make it even more difficult!
I figured I would start with my own events as I learn to use the platform and begin planning my own summits in the future. It looks like I will have to return it, because if I can't figure out how to set up a simple solo event, there is no way I could ever create anything larger.
