About the article support center, currently we don't aim there, we focus on communication and are trying to perfect it.
If you initiate a conversation via the WhatsApp app its free of charge, and you don't need a template for that. If you want to initiate a conversation through us, then you will need a template. And yes, templates require approval from Meta beforehand.
Q: Does WhatsApp support Personal or only WhatsApp Business?
The platform seems interesting. Regarding this, I would like to understand, do you support personal WhatsApp, only WhatsApp Business, or both? On the other hand, in terms of campaigns, I don’t need a campaign as such at the moment, but rather a periodic reminder sent to certain clients. Your platform can do this, but the idea is that once the client responds to said reminders, the message stops being sent. Would that be possible?

A: We support WhatsApp Cloud API (no WhatsApp app) and also WhatsApp Business (coexistence), Meta doesn't allow connecting personal WhatsApp accounts as we are a Meta Verified Partner. You can switch to a WhatsApp Business app very easily :D

A: 1. Yes, you can always jump into the conversation. You can also configure the AI to escalate the conversation to a human agent if it cannot answer or if the user requests it.
2. Not yet.
3. We don't have a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) option, but yes, you can purchase additional credits with no upper limit.
4. Yes, you can with our Ultra Plan (please note this is not available via AppSumo).
