TAl_Heyy -- can it receive webhooks or API call? like can it get voice mail from automaticall, that has names, phone number, and email address and sent email information that may have been requested in the voice mail?

About the specific case you said - the webhook get only text as you know - but if you can send for instance a voice url maybe - the AI can listen to that and do as a result what you would like
