Q: Mobile app for human hand off?

Hi,
The human hand off, how does it work?
Can we add human agents to the back and they take over the conversation?
Is there a mobile app that alerts the agents human take over is requested?

Something like Intercom/TawkTo where AI initiates the conversation and when human is required, the system alerts the human agents on dashboard and mobile app and they can join the same conversation

While we do not have a dedicated mobile app yet, you can set up WhatsApp or email notifications within your automations to alert agents. For example, when the AI escalates a conversation, a WhatsApp notification is sent and the chat is automatically assigned to your support team.

Everything is managed via our help desk built for large teams. All your channels sit in a single shared inbox that supports team inboxes, conversation assignment, user roles, custom filters, advanced search, and more!

Our app is fully custom. So you can select which channels are AI-first, which bring in the AI after basic automation, or which remain human-only, you can even choose to offer some contacts 1 automation and some another based on custom attributes, labels, or just randomize (A/B test)
