(For unlimited use) - i can’t take the risk of the software not following up with clients Other than that, you have a platform that is easily integratabtle with other softwares with a great UI and well thought out in terms of the platform’s capabilities. This could easily be one of the top softwares of the year, but does feel a bit overlooked on appsumo right now. Hi, I want to use Heyy for Instagram lead magnet and product workflows. Example: someone comments “COURSE”, “EBOOK”, “PROMPT”, or “AUDIT” under my Instagram post or Reel, and Heyy automatically sends the correct DM based on that keyword. Can Heyy natively trigger different DM replies from specific comment keywords on posts or Reels? For example, can it send a link to an online course, ebook, prompt pack, or booking page depending on what the person comments? Can Heyy also tag or segment each contact by interest and continue different follow-up journeys after the first DM? Or does Heyy only automate conversations after someone messages my inbox first? Hi, The human hand off, how does it work? Can we add human agents to the back and they take over the conversation? Is there a mobile app that alerts the agents human take over is requested? Something like Intercom/TawkTo where AI initiates the conversation and when human is required, the system alerts the human agents on dashboard and mobile app and they can join the same conversation
Do you have actual training videos and not just demo presentations but actual videos that train the use of your application? how about regular training documentations?
