Q: Remove the logo/brand from the chat and the conversation number.
I purchased level 3, however, when configuring the chat, I realized that to remove the watermark, it's necessary to upgrade to a monthly plan.
It would be interesting to offer the option to remove the watermark at level 3, as happened in Chatbase when you made this option available here on AppSumo. It doesn't make much sense to buy a higher level and not be able to use it without the watermark.
I have a question about credit consumption. Considering the 3,000 credits of level 3, how many conversations can I have in a month? I know it depends on the type of use and service, but, on average, can you suggest an approximate average number of conversations for scheduling meetings?
Finally, it would be interesting to make it available in more languages, such as Portuguese, for example.

I totally get where you are coming from—who does not love a completely clean, white-labeled look? Avout the credits
With 3,000 credits, you have a ton of runway. For a standard booking assistant, a typical chat takes about 4 to 6 messages back and forth (saying hello, picking a time slot, and confirming details).
At an average of 5 credits per booking, you are looking at around 500 to 600 complete scheduling conversations every single month.
If your users are fast and efficient, you will get even more out of it!
Also, if you ever have a crazy busy month and run low, you can easily set up an auto-charge to buy extra credits on the fly. This lets you scale up seamlessly whenever you need to, without ever forcing you onto a monthly subscription plan.
Portuguese Support
You are totally right, adding Portuguese would be a great addition to the platform, and I have already logged this request with our dev team to get it on our radar.
