I built the front desk small businesses couldn't afford to hire.

I spent 11+ years at Microsoft, in India and the US, building enterprise software, including Office 365 and Outlook.com. In 2020 I left to build my first startup, an e-commerce product. It didn't take off.

When ChatGPT arrived, I started Hyperleap AI as a developer tool for enterprises. I quickly realized the bigger impact was somewhere else: small businesses that can't afford dedicated teams or big budgets to put AI to work.

I kept seeing the same thing. Hotel owners lost bookings to competitors who replied faster. Shop owners missed leads because nobody could answer Instagram DMs between customers.

So in 2024 I rebuilt Hyperleap AI as an AI front desk. It answers from your own content, asks the questions you'd ask, and gets customers booked in, on your website, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger. And it doesn't just answer: it acts, and connects to the tools you already run your business on.
