A: GoHighLevel: yes, through Actions (Tier 2+) pushing data should be doable. During a conversation, the agent can call the GHL API with your Private Integration token. For example, it can create or update the contact, add tags or add a note. Your GHL workflows can then trigger on those tags. You can also send lead and conversation events to GHL with webhooks.

Starting conversations: Hyperleap only replies when a customer messages first. It can’t send the first message, so a Meta lead form submission can’t start a chat. Two setups that may get you close that I can think of:

Run Click-to-WhatsApp or Click-to-Messenger ads instead of lead forms. The prospect opens the chat, and the agent replies right away, qualifies them and can push them into GHL with an Action.
Keep the lead form and send a link. Have GHL send the lead a link to your WhatsApp or website chat. When they tap it, the agent takes over.
