Q: Customization of questions, layout and evaluation
Some questions in terms of customization:
1. What do the questionnaires for the customers look like (layout flexibility)? Can they be embedded on a website?
2. How customizable are questions and custom fields?
3. Can one influence the evaluation, for example by specifically evaluating custom files? Is there a option for custom prompts for AI?
4. If they are not currently available, are the corresponding features planned for the future?

1. Layout and Embedding:
On the customer side, the experience is currently more of an AI-led interview flow, where IVA conducts the interview with the customer in a chat, than a classic static questionnaire builder. You can think of it as the difference between a static survey for quantitative research and a dynamic, context-dependent customer interview for qualitative research. The value here is that it gives you the ability to run qualitative research at much greater scale and across 57 supported interview languages and language variants. It is shared through interview links (personalized or reusable). Website embedding is not currently supported natively. That said, we have had quite a few people ask about it, so I’d definitely appreciate hearing more about your use case so we can scope and prioritize it properly.
2. Customizing Questions:
On questions, there is a fully customizable interview script that IVA uses when she conducts AI-led interviews for you, or that you use when running online or face-to-face interviews with IVA as your AI co-pilot.
3. Custom Field Evaluation & AI Prompts:
On custom field evaluation, while we do not currently have a formal concept of custom fields, I’ll try to address the core of your question. For interview analysis and research insight aggregation, the AI is guided mainly by the workflow, the research type, and the interview/script context rather than by open custom prompting everywhere. At the same time, you can fully customize the Canvas, the interview scripts, and every downstream output such as positioning and messaging strategy, landing page copy, and sales pitch decks. If useful, feel free to clarify what you mean by custom fields, because that would help me answer more precisely.
4. Future Plans:
On future plans, website embedding is something we are seriously considering, and as mentioned, I’d really appreciate your input there. On the custom field side, I’d want to make sure I understand correctly what you have in mind before saying more about how that could translate into future functionality.
