Fantastic Idea, Great Flow. Greedy Credit System.
I returned the product. I loved the idea, loved the flow, and loved how easily it lets me build my idea from the ground up.
But
The platform is greedy. The credit system is broken. I am a master's student in entrepreneurship who will be consulting founders for the next 10 years.
I would have used this product every single day for the next 10 years. I am truly the ideal candidate for this product. Every single day I would need to produce BMC, interviews, and frameworks.
But I cannot use the product because
1. Focusing deeply on one idea can exhaust your entire monthly credit in one sitting. I know the most expensive model, such as Opus 4.7, would not cost so much for a session. For the amount of text it generated, Opus 4.7 would have cost around 1 USD for monthly credit, which finished in 30 mins.
B. No BYOK alternative. So you are locked into using the credit system that the platform provides.
Lastly,
- You have the first-mover advantage to lock in customers, but being aggressive with the credit system will make them distrust you.
- Now that you have demonstrated the market for this product exists, I am confident that someone will replicate it within 30 days, address the credit issue, and provide BYOK.
- And their clients will use their version of the product for 2 years. With everyday use, they cannot switch anymore because of all the work and data inside the platform.
- Early/Greedy monetization kills trust. Consider allowing users to use your products cheaply for x days, or be generous with credit. Let them build data; let them build dependency and habit. Then monetize, and then they cannot switch. Also, there are many other ways to monetize this. Service stack, connection stack, validation stack, API stack, plugin stack. Endless ways.

No offense intended. I consult other founders for a living. Consider this friendly advice.
