Q: Hello Behlul, Do you plan to add the Custom SMTP feature so we can send emails from our own emails so our ...

customers know that the emails are coming from our domain? This feature is available on vBout.

Finally, does the INBOX support the Right-to-Left (RTL) languages such as Arabic? If yes, would you please let me know how to change the language in the INBOX platform?

Thank you, and looking forward to hearing from you 🙏

A: Hey There,

We are planning to bring custom SMTP to our INBOX product, yes! Currently, we only provide custom SMTP for our Cold Email System.

Also, our customers are currently, copy pasting RTL languages to INBOXBrush as a solution, but we'll be adding RTL support pretty soon.

Sincerely
BehlĂĽl

Hello BehlĂĽl,

Thank you for addressing my questions.

I have been waiting for INBOX to support the Right-to-Left (RTL) languages since 2021.

I fully stacked the INBOX platform, but I won’t be able to use the platform until the Right-to-Left (RTL) languages, such as Arabic and Hebrew, are supported.

Most of my global business customers are from the Middle East and Africa, and the Arabic language is critical for my online business. The Middle East has some of the highest purchasing power in the world. It’s also one of the most spoken languages.

Note: For the INBOX platform to truly support RTL languages, the platform should be able to do text direction and text alignment of buttons, questions, and paragraphs. This is important because RTL languages read and write every HTML design element in reverse order, so when icons or arrows are on the left-hand side of the screen for the LTR, it would be in the reverse direction for the RTL. This is required for the perfect web design standards for RTL languages.

Free Help: I speak all the Arabic dialects. If your team needs help, I don’t mind helping your team for free by translating and explaining how to fix the language alignment.

For now, I will keep the INBOX platform until I can use the platform in the future.

Thank you again, and please let me know if I can help with anything.

Hey, I noticed you likened this to VBOUT, however, VBOUT is a full service CRM vs. Inbox is an ESP (email service provider) although it does include a cold emailing section. You can get Dedicated IP's and custom SMTP/API from their InboxNotify starting at $30/month. I also use VBOUT, but for me it doesn't replace the need for a good autoresponder due the simplicity in setting and forgetting email campaigns. I usually qualify my leads in VBOUT, then send them over to my autoresponder - its just easier for me to do it that way. Hope that helps!

Especially since I am an affiliate marketer, a CRM is really for vendors, however, I use it to not only qualify leads but to score them, then I know which leads are ready for my email promos in my ESP.
