1. You can connect up to 10 domains and if you need more, you can always purchase additional packages.
2. Absolutely yes! You can create custom forms with 5 or more fields easily.
3. Yes, you can import or write HTML directly inside the editor.
4. Our delivery analytics show that 99% of our customers with proper DNS records do not land on spam.
To follow up thats 10 domains on each tier or do higher tiers have more domains we can connect?
For delivery I guess your team regulary does testing for delivery correct? does your tool perhaps use third parties like Amazon SES to improve delivery?
that is 10 domains per user. It's not associated with what tier you are in. And for delivery, yes our devops team has regular procedures for deliverability.
I forgot to ask what is INBOXCold email credits (What is it ?) does your tool also get used for cold outreach? if so does it use the same sending IP/domain as the normal email platform? as normally cold email platforms get their domains/ip damaged and marked as spam by gmail/outlook
INBOXCold is our cold emailing tool, you can use INBOXCold to create cold email campaigns and it's not using the same IP pool for sending emails, you can either pick our own cold email IP pool for sending or use your own SMTP.
