I'm a small business owner approaching the limits of the free plan with my current provider after several years in business. I've used MailChimp and MailerLite, and done free trials with FloDesk, SendFox and ConvertKit. Inbox checks all the boxes I need and I'm very glad I tried them out because I'll likely never need another provider. Not only was I able to set up a ton of contact lists segmented exactly how I wanted them, but working with customer service via email was easy and effective to set up my sub-domain email address to send out from and get direction when needed. The test email I sent to myself looks great. There are some things that are a little different, mainly not being able to upload your logo/address/social media to pre-populate into emails, but I've set up a template that I plan to use for most of my emails so that won't really be an issue. The rest of the email editing is easy via drag and drop. 5 Tacos from me!

I just purchased the InBox. It seems like quite good. It has a very good reputation and a lot of reviews on appsumo. Now I just redeemed my Tier 1 and I also logged in. Now when I'm trying to log out, it's pushing me to download something. I don't know why they are doing this. It's kind of some bug, or they are trying to install a virus or something like this on our laptop?. I'm using MacBook Safari. Overall, the experience is terrifying. I'm not sure what they are trying to do.

I bought Inbox on AppSumo in 2021 which is quite a while ago, and honestly, it’s one of the few tools that’s genuinely kept improving over time rather than disappearing into the usual startup graveyard.

The team have clearly continued developing it properly, and it now feels like a solid, reliable piece of software rather than an unfinished “coming soon” product.

What I like most is that it’s become more polished, more capable, and more useful the longer I’ve had it.

I’m actually surprised it’s still available on AppSumo. If the lifetime deal is still there and you think you’d use it, I’d seriously grab it while you can.

Definitely one of the better AppSumo purchases I’ve made.
