Q: Results of warming up

I'm just wondering what the warm up does. I'm assuming the warmup is using one email to send to various and get them to reply, etc.

But say after the email is warmed up, I am going to send to 1,000 emails or more or whatever, does it not just affect the first portion of emails? Because after a while if you send 100 or 200 on day 1 and there's not much engagement, then when you send the next 100 or 200, it will not land on the primary inbox, etc. Isn't this what happens?

Or is it the fact that after the warm up, you want us to send all the emails at one go (1,000 or 5,000, etc.) so it can all immediately reach the primary inbox without giving gmail, etc., time to see previous engagement?

A: Warm up service upscales your email reputation so that the emails start landing out in the primary inbox. After the warmup service, we would recommend you not to send out the bulk emails in one go. The emails will be landing in inbox folder after the warmup so we would suggest you to send the emails in a manner that your daily sending is maintained so that the gmail, etc does not get...

A: In email warmup IP plays a crucial role and it is also warmed up as well as all the emails will use that IP address to send out the emails.

Q: Question when using other solutions.

Hi, I currently have several inboxes set up in Google Workspace & use Instantly to warm them up and to send my campaigns once they are ready.

General question:
1. How would Inboxy fit into that? Both for new inboxes & old inboxes?

More specific questions:
2. Would I need to stop the warmup process on Instantly for my new inboxes to use the same inboxes on Inboxy?
3. Would I need to stop warmup on inboxes being used in active campaigns on Instantly to warmup the same inboxes on Inboxy? For inboxes currently being used in active campaigns, I also have warmup turned on for them as well.
4. Or would I need to also stop active campaigns on Instantly for the inboxes I want to warmup on Inboxy?
5. For new inboxes that I buy from now on, would the whole warmup process just be done on inboxy and not on Instantly?

Thank you

A: 1. Inboxy only provides the warmup service for both old and new inboxes. For the new inboxes, warmup period is generally 1-2 weeks and for the old inboxes warmup period is affected by the current reputation.
2. You can use both the products but we would recommend to use 1 at a time.
3. It is upto you but we would recommend you to maintain the daily limit combining all the inbox emails.

Q: Questions about your software

HI i'd like to know about how many domains and email boxes will i need lets say if i start with 5 mailboxes plan? Which mailboxes should i get? How many emails can I send from new domains or older domains? What do you consider new or not new domains? Can they be .online domains as well? I already validated my emails with another company. I was thinking to email the validatation statuses: ok and valid. How about catchall, can i email them too? I assume i will not have to pay you for veriying the emails especially if i already verified them with another company? Will i need instantly as well or you have unibox and manage email sequences and automations?
