Q: Account has not upgraded
Hello, I have followed your instructions and have applied the appsumo code, but I keep being prompted to upgrade to pro, while trying to set up my account. In the billing section it shows that I have lifetime pro plan and that the code has been applied, but none of the pro functions are working. I have tried to remove the code to try again, but cannot do that either. Please advise

I am facing same problem, both my accounts were downgraded?!
yeah is not so much downgraded, as the code has been applied, but it did not apply pro features. I put in my cc details, when I go to the accounts and upgrade to pro it says balance is $0.00, and if I click on uprgrade, it says "account is lifetime access". But at the very top it says that i am on the Free account... it is a real bummer of a start...
