A: Team-mate account is adding your teammate & sharing them access controls.
Sub-accounts are for reselling purposes, you can resell your account quota by white-labeling the product.
There were instances where some functionalities & other things were not released due to major feature development, we are looking into those customers' concerns & resolving them.

Once you add a sub-account then the Pixel automatically gets White-labeled, which is that the Influence name will not be visible in Pixel. Our whitelabel pixel is by the domain is "insidescript".

Yes, there are native integrations as well.
Zapier app is just to connect the products which aren't directly integrated by Influence.

Q: what is a team mate account as opposed to a sub user account?
I see many notes about horrible customer service...have you improved at all. So many bad reviews about customer response really worries me.
