Q: The website is flagged for Trojan. When will it be cleaned up?

I cannot access the InfluencerSoft website because it's blocked for the following reason: ScrInject.B trojan Even though I purchased the software on an Appsumo deal I am not using it because of this. Any info on when this will be looked at and cleaned up?
A: That would be some kind of problem with your security software being overly aggressive. We don't have anyone else reporting issues. I recommend asking your security provider why they are flagging legitimate companies and have them check us out. No viruses here - not even a sniffle of a cold!
I would have your website dev have a thorough check on the homepage. That is what is flagged and blocked with ESET Antivirus and firewall (currently ranked top 4 in safety for 2024) and also is flagged by my organization's IT department (one of the big 4 global marketing agencies) and the page is being blocked. To be clear, the direct login page seems to work and isn't flagged.
I am also having trouble logging in although this has never been an issue in the past and I don't think it is down to InfluencerSoft. For some reason, i am not receiving the email that is required to access my account. I have turned off spam filters on norton but the email from InfluencerSoft is still not coming through.

Academy but I'm still very confused but I'm figuring it out. One thing I did notice was here on AppSumo part of the starter package for the lifetime deal included Custom Branding (I have a screenshot if you'd like) as I'm trying to build my website and build my first funnel I checked on the branding drop-down, and it stated that I couldn't get that because it needed to be on an upgraded level. If you look here on this page, it is bolded in tier one starter at the bottom of the list. Could you please clarify or help me understand how to activate it on my account. June 24, 2023 is my date of purchase and I am activated.
2nd QUESTION I have a domain name from an outside source am I allowed to use that and integrated? I could not see how to do that. Thank you. Michael
