Arti35381Q: limit tier 3
Hello. I bought level 3 and created three trial books. I told it to create large books with a level over 50,000, but it only produced books up to 12,000. I also bought level 3, which was supposed to be unlimited, allowing me to save in other formats and create book series. I contacted support saying I couldn't do this, and they're telling me to upgrade, even though I'm on level 3. It said level 3 has no chapter limit, but unfortunately, I have a limit. It says I can't create anything today because I've reached the limit. I don't understand this, and I think I need to return it. Support isn't responding, it seems.

Jun 17, 2026A: Really sorry for the frustration, this isn't how Tier 3 should behave and we want it sorted.
Two things:
The "reached your limit today" block: we just shipped an update that clears a limit which was wrongly applying to some lifetime accounts. Please log out and back in, then try again. Tier 3 has no chapter limit.
Book length: length follows what you ask for in the prompt, not a fixed word count. For a long book, tell it the number of chapters (for example "write a 25-chapter book on X"). Roughly, 50,000 words is 20 to 30 chapters.
EPUB and DOCX export and creating multiple books are all included on Tier 3. We did reply to your email too, so please check there (and spam), and reply if anything's still off and we'll fix it fast.
